Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after payment has been received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day.
During peak seasons, promotions, or special events, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.
Once your order has been shipped, delivery times will depend on the carrier and destination. Grace & Gather Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or circumstances beyond our control.
Order Tracking
If tracking is available for your shipment, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Grace & Gather Boutique is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
